Salary: 31,800 - 43,800 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead a team of animators to deliver high-quality character performances and compelling cinematic scenes.
• Collaborate with Narrative, Cinematic Design, and production teams to define project scope and estimate team capacity.
• Manage the cinematic animation backlog and prioritize tasks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Develop and optimize animation design pipelines, review processes, and technical standards.
• Mentor team members through 1:1s, providing guidance on original animation designs and performance management.
• Identify and resolve production blockers while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game animation, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership on a shipped AAA narrative-driven title focused on storytelling.
• Expertise in Unreal Engine and professional proficiency with Motion Builder or Maya.
• Hands-on experience refining cinematic animation and mocap workflows and pipelines.
• Deep understanding of performance, storytelling, and cinematography in interactive media.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland
