What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable connectors and integrations using Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production connectors and pipelines for reliability.
• Work with large datasets, transforming and enriching them for analytical needs.
• Own incident resolution, manage escalations, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Oversee SaaS and self-hosted application administration in AWS environments.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of IT experience.
• Programming skills in Python for development, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or Elasticsearch for administration and querying.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for deployment pipelines.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, incident management (PagerDuty), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk).

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and authentication mechanisms.
• Knowledge of security tools like Vault or CyberArk.
