TL;DR

Marketing Insights & Research Specialist - Researcher II (Market Research): Leading end-to-end research initiatives to influence customer-centric business decisions with an accent on quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Focus on translating complex business questions into actionable insights and synthesizing disparate data points.

Location: Based in the Netherlands with the ability to work from the office 2-3 times per week (minimum)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project management, from stakeholder alignment and methodology selection to data cleaning and reporting
  • Synthesize disparate data points across consumer insights and business metrics to illustrate the big picture
  • Partner with research agencies and the internal research community to ensure methodological excellence
  • Translate and present findings for diverse audiences across all organizational levels
  • Integrate AI tools responsibly to scale desk research, tagging, and workflow automation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in market research, specifically in Consumer Insights and Communication Research within E-commerce or Tech
  • Proven ability to design cross-method plans (Qual, Quant) and utilize secondary research
  • Proficiency in commercial software such as JMP, SPSS, Pollfish, or Qualtrics
  • Fluent English proficiency for managing ambiguous briefings and stakeholder discussions
  • Degree (BSc/MSc or higher) in Marketing, Consumer Psychology, Communications, Data Science, or a related field
  • Must be based in the Netherlands

Nice to have

  • Experience with the full UX research lifecycle, including journey mapping and usability studies
  • Technical proficiency in Python and SQL
