What you will do

• Manage shortage and supply chain related discussions with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Lead the implementation of new pharmaceutical legislation regarding shortages and security of supply.
• Collaborate with international regulatory counterparts on bilateral and multilateral security activities.
• Support the development and implementation of shortage prevention plans across the EU.
• Analyze supply chain vulnerabilities for critical medicines to identify and implement solutions.
• Provide scientific secretariat to the Executive Steering Group on Shortages and Safety of Medicinal Products.

Requirements

• Citizen of a European Union Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.
• English proficiency at level C1 and another official EU language at level B2.
• University degree in Sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or pharmaceutical management).
• 9-10 years of relevant professional experience after obtaining the degree.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device supply chains from raw materials to distribution.
• Proven project management experience and ability to engage with manufacturers, wholesalers, and patient representatives.
