Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (office 3 days a week)
Salary: €56,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do
- Own short-term production plan for bars, balancing customer service, capacity constraints, and production risks.
- Manage stock levels for finished products and materials, optimizing availability, cash, and waste.
- Develop and improve production strategies, parameters like cycle times, lot sizes, and safety stocks.
- Act as key user for Jedox planning system, setting standards and driving improvements.
- Lead monthly planning scorecards, root cause analysis, and improvement actions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal/external factories and Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Experience in supply chain or production planning, ideally in FMCG (food, cosmetics).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on planning; connect big picture to daily decisions.
- Proven work with factories/production partners, handling constraints and priorities.
- Data-driven with strong Excel skills; comfortable using insights for decisions.
- Thrive in growing, chaotic environment; proactive in improvements.
- Clear communicator with stakeholder skills; ERP/planning systems experience (Jedox, Business Central plus).
- Office presence 3 days a week in Amsterdam.
