What you will do

• Provide overnight and off-hours coverage, monitor schedules in real time, and address gaps or changes for continuous crewing support.
• Act as primary onsite contact for flex and freelance crew, facilitate site access, onboarding, and liaison with production teams.
• Support Line Manager in staffing plans, crew confirmations, availability tracking, and last-minute bookings across concurrent events.
• Coordinate crew needs with production requirements, ensure appropriate staffing levels, and provide supplemental coverage during high concurrency.
• Maintain communication, escalate issues, document changes, and contribute to post-event reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in live event operations, scheduling, or production coordination.
• Experience working in shift-based or overnight operational environments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in real time.
• Excellent communication skills in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and escalate appropriately.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting live broadcast, control room, or streaming operations.
• Familiarity with scheduling & communication tools (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com, Slack).
• Experience working with freelance or flex labor pools.
• Understanding of production workflows and live event logistics.
