What you will do

• Produce engaging content for media literacy workshops focusing on fake news, bias, and social media trends.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer ambassadors to assist in the delivery of workshops.
• Deliver lessons in classroom environments at various schools throughout the UK.
• Contribute creative ideas involving research, writing, editing, and interactive production activities.
• Manage project logistics and prioritize multiple workstreams to meet consistent deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience writing clear and concise material for web articles, briefs, and presentations.
• Experience creating educational resources for schools, teachers, or education consultants.
• Strong understanding of current news and social media trends affecting teenagers.
• Ability to travel and ideally drive to attend schools across the UK.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with young audiences.

Nice to have

• Ability to edit and create digital content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop.
• Professional background in journalism or experience working in a news environment.
• Experience presenting to younger audiences in a school setting.
