What you will do

• Coordinate crew requirements for global OB events using ScheduAll, managing bookings and pay rates.
• Manage UK and international travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and freelancers.
• Liaise with equipment managers and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary kits.
• Handle project documentation, including planning sheets and accreditation via Dataco.
• Manage project finances by creating purchase orders in Proactis and processing invoices.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and Department Heads to ensure budgets are maintained.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Bracknell, UK.
• Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above (including Maths and English).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including formulas).
• Proven track record in customer service and administrative or coordination roles.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage workloads to strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing crew and client relationships.
