What you will do
- Contribute to technical implementation of new clients and setup/configuration of ticketed events in Enterprise Platform
- Process special ticket operations like account/order resolutions, inventory management, pricing, and offer management
- Create and maintain operational documentation; train new hires internally and externally
- Troubleshoot issues with ticket delivery, scanning, and mobile access; support quality control for event builds
- Lead client operations calls and support live events remotely or on-site
Requirements
- 3+ years in ticketing, live events, operations, or customer support
- Administrative experience with ticketing software and understanding of core ticketing operations; ability to troubleshoot platform issues
- Strong attention to detail, comfort with digital platforms/processes
- Clear communicator thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Enthusiasm for learning systems, improving processes; passion for sports/entertainment
- Strong customer service skills with empathy
