What you will do

• Execute timely invoicing for systems, options, and services, coordinating with logistics, sales, customs, tax, and accounting.
• Resolve invoicing issues and handle escalations with stakeholders.
• Analyze billing data to enhance quality, efficiency, and transparency.
• Support improvement initiatives for customer billing and digital interfaces.
• Act as point of contact for invoicing questions from partners.
• Contribute to control activities and audit requirements.
• Embed Operational Excellence through standardization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance, business economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in finance or accounting.
• Experience in international, cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC/SD or Oracle.
• Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or sales financial processes.
