What you will do

• Own the technical lifecycle of client engagements, from supporting RFPs and solution design to production stability and long-term enhancements.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers in Vancouver.
• Track delivery KPIs, including time-to-integration, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Engineering, and Customer Success to align on releases and operational issues.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for client CTOs, architects, and integration teams.
• Build and execute joint success plans with clients to track adoption and milestones.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in technical delivery or solutions engineering within fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, containers, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Working knowledge of secure SDLC, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in Agile at scale (PMP, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Experience embedding regulatory compliance into delivery (AML/KYC, MiCA, FINMA, ISO 27001).
• PMP, SAFe, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
