What you will do

• Handle claims across Professional Indemnity classes in line with company philosophy and handling manuals.
• Deliver a customer-focused approach to claims via speed of service and personable communication with brokers and insureds.
• Achieve KPIs set in the annual Claims Business Plan and provide proactive feedback for team improvements.
• Collaborate with Managing Agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide expert feedback on claims experiences and contract/policy wordings to managers and underwriters.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key brokers to improve service value.

Requirements

• Previous experience handling claims in Professional or Financial Lines.
• Understanding of the London Market is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong independent organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
