What you will do

• Define and deliver the managed services strategy to ensure the portfolio is scalable and commercially sound.
• Lead and develop service desk, service delivery, and engineering leadership teams.
• Accountable for 24x7 managed service operations across the UK and nearshore teams in Sofia.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery against agreed SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Mature ITIL-based service management processes, embedding governance and automation.
• Drive operational excellence through budgeting, workforce planning, and capacity management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior managed services or service operations leadership role.
• Extensive background in MSP and service desk environments.
• Experience leading distributed teams within 24x7 service operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred).
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience using service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
