What you will do

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and schedule on-brand content including copy, visuals, and short-form video concepts.
• Monitor social media trends to identify opportunities for brand participation.
• Support PR initiatives through media monitoring, coverage tracking, and press recaps.
• Track and report on social and PR performance metrics to identify optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social content with broader company campaigns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Degree (completed or pursuing) in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in short-form copywriting and social media management.
• Basic project management skills.

Nice to have

• Graphic/creative design skills and proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with database marketing.
• Interest and experience with AI.
