What you will do

• Collaborate with L&D to understand content structure and learning objectives.
• Design UX for SCORM-based courses, including text layout and interactive elements like quizzes and case studies.
• Develop course concepts and templates aligned with the corporate design system.
• Create 3 full courses using the framework.
• Design illustrations or establish their visual system, style, and asset library.
• Ensure brand consistency, clean intuitive UX, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Experience as UX, product, or learning designer.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple structured user flows.
• Strong visual sensibility: clean, modern, minimalistic.
• Comfort working within constraints like existing design systems.
• Familiarity with SCORM and e-learning basics or quick ramp-up ability.
• Self-directed work style with independent design decisions.

Nice to have

• Background in educational content or courses.
• Experience designing with learning metrics: completion rates, drop-off, time-to-complete, quiz success.
