What you will do
- Support marketing channel leads in Paid Search, CRM, SEO through deep-dive analysis and performance recommendations
- Develop statistical models for audience segmentation and lifecycle strategy
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including incrementality testing, to validate hypotheses
- Build and maintain scalable data models using dbt and SQL for a reliable marketing data layer
- Translate data findings into strategic narratives and automated dashboards for self-serve marketing decisions
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Marketing Technology on data stack roadmap and tracking integrity
Requirements
- 7+ years in a similar role
- Expertise in one core marketing domain: Acquisition (Paid Search, Social, SEO) or Retention (CRM, Lifecycle, Churn)
- Experience in marketing budget optimization: attribution modeling, MMM, incrementality testing
- Proficiency in building models like LTV, multi-touch attribution, predictive scoring
- Python or R for advanced statistical analysis; SQL and dbt for data modeling
- Tableau or similar for insightful data visualizations; experience in high-growth SaaS with unit economics (CAC, LTV, Payback)
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders; mentoring junior analysts
