Salary: $150,000–$250,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end client deployments of AI systems from scoping to go-live.
• Build and deploy agentic, multi-modal AI solutions with real business impact.
• Design and iterate on LLM-powered agents through prompting, integrations, and rapid prototyping.
• Integrate systems via APIs and client infrastructure.
• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Feed insights back into the core product to help scale FDE best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical, client-facing roles such as FDE, solutions engineer, or founding engineer.
• Strong technical skills across Python, APIs, cloud, and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business outcomes.
• High ownership, fast-paced mindset, and strong communication skills.
