What you will do

• Build and deploy 3D generative models for avatars and character systems.
• Process 3D data including meshes, motion, and geometry to prepare datasets.
• Design, train, and optimize models using diffusion or GANs.
• Define evaluation methods and improve model performance.
• Deploy models into production systems and user-facing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or graphics.
• Hands-on experience with 3D generative models or diffusion models.
• Experience working with 3D data such as meshes, avatars, motion, and geometry.
• Proven experience owning ML systems end-to-end from data and training to deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (4 days onsite) in Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with NeRF, Gaussian Splatting, or neural rendering.
• Background in computer graphics, geometry, or 3D pipelines.
• Experience working on avatars, characters, or animation systems.
• Experience in gaming, AR/VR, or interactive applications.
• Publications in ML, CV, or graphics conferences.
