What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade ML models and Generative AI applications using RAG architectures.
• Develop Document AI pipelines to extract, process, and analyze insights from large-scale unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to identify pain points and engineer AI solutions driving business value.
• Scale and optimize models using AWS (SageMaker/Bedrock) and Databricks for performance and integration.
• Lead innovation with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face to improve modeling standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Stats, etc.)
• 4+ years in DS/ML roles with proven production model deployment
• Deep Python expertise, SQL fluency, experience with statistical languages (R or SparklyR)
• Hands-on with AWS AI/ML services; familiarity with Starburst and Databricks a plus
