What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex web projects, from concept to implementation.
• Develop design strategies aligning with business goals and user experience.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and mockups in Figma adhering to design system and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on feasibility and alignment.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across products.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure deadlines, and conduct quality assurance testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX/UI design focused on web design
• Strong portfolio of user-centered website designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, UX principles, interaction design, information architecture
• Ability to collaborate with developers (basic HTML/CSS/JS a plus)
• Experience in fast-paced agile environments, user research, journey mapping, A/B testing
