What you will do

• Design, architect, and build performant, scalable applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Manage and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, RDS, SQS) for security, scalability, and reliability.
• Own solutions end-to-end, from gathering requirements with end-users to delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform healthcare delivery.
• Leverage AI and agentic coding to drive development efficiency and ensure codebase excellence.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and relational databases (Postgres).
• Demonstrable experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure and services (Lambda, RDS, SQS).
• Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
• Interest or experience in agentic coding and AI.
