What you will do

• Support the Group CIO in leading the strategic IT direction across the organization.
• Lead the CIO Office, managing Enterprise Architecture, IT governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning.
• Evolve the Enterprise Architecture function to provide clear direction and actionable roadmaps across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Ensure architecture principles and standards are embedded in investment planning and execution.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning within the CIO Office scope.
• Shape the IT operating model, governance structures, and quality frameworks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, including several years of leadership of leaders.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership within large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and managing large-scale IT programs.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Must pass security vetting based on current regulations; additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
