Location: Stockholm, Espoo, or Turku. Possibility of hybrid workplace.

What you will do

  • Develop and evolve world-class IT systems that support the delivery of insurance solutions for complex customers.
  • Ensure architectural coherence, sustainability, and alignment with business strategy across the Industrial Business Area.
  • Define and own clear architectural roadmaps and transition paths from current to target states.
  • Drive IT simplification by transforming complex problems into actionable solution designs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and delivery teams across multiple Nordic locations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience driving end-to-end architecture and mentoring solution architects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical foundation with previous professional experience as a developer.
  • Practical experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and Microsoft-based technologies.
  • Ability to relate architectural decisions to business needs and navigate complex technical tradeoffs.
  • Skill in producing architecture viewpoints for business processes, information modeling, and integration architecture.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Espoo, or Turku.
