Focus on defining data products, reusable integration patterns, and architectural alignment for analytics, AI, and ERP transformation.

Location: Any of our main offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Ballerup, Espoo or Turku. Occasional travel required.

The biggest insurance company in the Nordics with a centralized IT Architecture organization focused on modernizing corporate tech landscape for finance, HR, risk, and other functions.

What you will do

• Support teams in structuring data as data products with clear scope, ownership, and documentation.
• Contribute to reusable integration and data patterns, reducing point-to-point integrations.
• Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to business, product, and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain architectural artefacts.
• Participate in the broader architecture community and collaborate with the Corporate architecture team.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Databricks, and public cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Experience transitioning towards microservice-based architecture.
• Worked with standardized information models and reusable integration patterns.
• Experience with data mesh strategy and implementing data products.
• Clear communication in English and ability to explain complex topics structuredly.
• Collaborative team player comfortable with cross-functional work and strategic/hands-on balance.

Nice to have

• Experience from the insurance sector or banking.
• Understanding of financial processes and financial reporting.
