What you will do

• Support creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia content across platforms.
• Assist with scripting, editing, organizing, and preparing learning assets for distribution.
• Follow established production workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Maintain and organize centralized library of customer education content, including review cycles.
• Participate in content reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and conduct basic audits.
• Track content performance and engagement to inform improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate (by Spring 2028) in Multimedia, Communications, Film, Design, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital media.
• Basic experience creating video or digital content via coursework, projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with video/social platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
• Understanding of titles, thumbnails, descriptions for video engagement.
• Curiosity about AI tools for content workflows; strong attention to detail and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience editing video with Adobe Premiere Pro (cuts, audio, exporting).
• Creating screen recordings or instructional videos with Loom.
• Familiarity with content review and publication processes.
• Comfort with collaboration and project management tools.
• Ideas to improve video clarity, engagement, or organization.
