What you will do

  • Build hypotheses around the target audience and the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Source contacts and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Create personalized outreach sequences and execute campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls.
  • Schedule meetings for the Sales Manager and maintain the CRM.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR or Sales Manager.
  • Experience with sales tools including Apollo, Getsales, Clay, Instantly, Snov.io, Lemlist, and Apify.
  • Proficiency in scraping and data collection tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience in setting up outreach infrastructure independently.
  • Experience using AI for outreach and a technical mindset for automating workflows.
  • Experience with fintech products or high-risk industries such as iGaming and FX trading.
