What you will do

  • Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for IT initiatives in diagnostics sector.
  • Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track budgets, allocate resources, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality standards, regulatory compliance, and adherence to governance processes.
  • Facilitate communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, architects, QA, and external partners.
  • Report status, progress, and metrics to senior management; support agile practices like sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or diagnostics
  • Strong project management skills in budget control, resource management, timeline tracking, risk management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, cloud solutions, software development lifecycles, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written English for communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
