hirify.global Software Group operates IPASS and The Payroll Centre, providing payroll training, certification, and software solutions for accountants and bookkeepers across Ireland and the UK.

What you will do

  • Act as central coordinator synchronizing activities and initiatives across IPASS and The Payroll Centre for efficient collaboration.
  • Lead change management and implementation of new systems like CRM, LMS, or ERP to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and new business opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee and optimize daily operations for scalable, compliant delivery of training services across Ireland and the UK.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and implement initiatives for measurable outcomes.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders for alignment and collaborative delivery.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years in operational leadership, project management, and business development, ideally in multi-business environments
  • Proven track record in managing change and system implementations (CRM, LMS, ERP)
  • Demonstrated business development experience including partnerships, sales enablement, client management
  • Strong operational and leadership skills in multi-site environments
  • Excellent project management to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytically minded with focus on KPIs and data-driven decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience in payroll, education/training, or professional services
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments in Ireland and the UK
  • Experience in software/technology businesses
  • Professional qualifications in project management or business analysis
