What you will do
- Act as SME lead on projects supporting strategy through business model redesign, process streamlining, and sustainable changes.
- Scope and deliver operational excellence projects within deadlines and budgets.
- Facilitate client workshops to boost efficiency, release capacity, and reduce errors.
- Analyze complex ideas, build recommendations using data, stakeholder views, and process modeling tools.
- Manage viewpoints for consensus, coach team on operational excellence practices.
- Coordinate workshops and deliver reports/presentations using structured problem solving, analytics, and lean improvement.
Requirements
- Hybrid work in Dublin, Ireland
- Significant experience in Fund Administration industry.
- Understanding of Private Markets fund administration (or Investor relations, Operational solutions, Product management, Fund Accounting).
- Experience delivering process redesign projects with methodologies like BPR, BPI, BPM.
- Strong knowledge of business process design, documentation, improvement, data capture, gap analysis.
- Proven ability to identify improvements, solve problems, evaluate trade-offs, and understand operational KPIs.
