What you will do

• Plan, film, and edit social-first content per content calendar.
• Write engaging on-brand copy for all social channels.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas with teams.
• Coordinate with departments and partners for content needs.
• Create guidelines and best practices for content consistency.
• Analyze performance, research trends, and produce KPI reports.
• Monitor feedback, reviews, and build audience/partner relationships.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written/spoken).
• Degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related.
• 4+ years in social media or community management.
• Skilled in Canva and CapCut for short-form video editing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver.
• Up to date with digital trends; knows community KPIs.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup; based in or relocating to Madrid.

Nice to have

• French, Portuguese, or Italian language skills.
