What you will do

• Oversee production support for the Art & Design Department, ensuring alignment with schedule and budget.
• Line manage production support staff, including performance management and crew tracking.
• Source and book diverse multi-skilled freelance talent within workforce guidelines.
• Provide operational insight and budgetary support to the Series Designer.
• Ensure compliance with hirify.global policies, legal requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Drive sustainability and innovation by deploying new technologies and reducing environmental impact.

Requirements

• Significant Production Manager experience in broadcast TV drama (preferably continuing drama).
• Proven track record in managing production operations and resource scheduling.
• Experience as a line manager with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong financial skills in analyzing, forecasting, and managing significant budgets.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced technical skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
