What you will do

• Manage complex Treasury client accounts, ensuring accurate setup and full operational functionality.
• Review and verify legal and regulatory documentation for new and existing account openings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing prompt updates to clients according to the End-of-Day Directive.
• Proactively engage clients to provide market insights, fraud prevention strategies, and product training.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and internal vendors to resolve documentation issues and improve processes.
• Mentor junior team members while continuously expanding internal product and system knowledge.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a business-related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• 4 years of experience in banking and treasury client servicing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced understanding of banking regulations, deposit products, and treasury services.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively represent the organization.
• Analytical skills with the ability to provide resolution to moderately complex problems.
