What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership across the full project lifecycle, from design through commissioning and handover.
• Act as the senior client interface to ensure alignment on objectives and risk management.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary PMC teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive performance across critical cost, schedule, quality, and safety metrics.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record in senior project leadership roles within PMC, consultancy, or client-side environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of DACH region H&S statutory requirements and contractual models.
• Proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• B2+ level proficiency in German.
