What you will do

• Plan and execute integration engineering from architecture to code implementation, including discovery sessions and guiding complex integrations.
• Communicate technical concepts, manage expectations on timelines and product changes.
• Serve as primary technical contact for largest users, resolving issues and owning escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive engagements and revenue.
• Work with Product and Engineering on enhancements based on field feedback.
• Provide deep support, debugging, proof-of-concepts, test plans, and lead hands-on implementations.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Software Engineering / Integration Engineering.
• Ability to write code (Go, Java, C/C++ etc.) and debug user/hirify.global code.
• Proficiency in SQL, data structures, algorithms.
• Understanding of payments domain and API security.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts and leading strategic conversations.
• User-first approach, mapping business needs to technical solutions.
