What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a squad to build and maintain a specific part of hirify.global's platform.
• Work within collectives like Core Banking, Payments, or Security on high-impact backend features.
• Contribute to resilient, scalable services handling everyday customer banking needs.
• Learn and apply hirify.global's tech stack during structured onboarding.

Requirements

• Located in Barcelona, Spain with 3 days/week in office
• Strong experience working on backend of technology products
• Product mindset with focus on customer outcomes and data-informed decisions
• Comfortable in ambiguous team environments
• Interest in distributed systems and resilient software
• Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala etc.)
