What you will do

• Map and document end-to-end business processes across sales, onboarding, and retention, identifying AI automation opportunities.
• Define structured requirements and use cases for AI-powered tools targeting commercial teams.
• Write detailed system-level requirements for REST APIs, databases, and webhooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Support product management in backlog structuring and defining acceptance criteria.
• Bridge the gap between complex technical AI/ML logic and business language.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or System Analyst.
• Experience in iGaming, sportsbook, or B2B SaaS domains.
• Hands-on experience documenting API integrations (REST) and system flows.
• Proficiency in process mapping using BPMN or flowcharts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product development and writing requirements for intelligent applications.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
