System Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Worldwide) within time zones GMT-2 to GMT+5. Relocation support available to Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Design technical solutions, including architecture, APIs, and data models for banking and payment systems.
• Create detailed technical specifications, documentation, and service requirements for development teams.
• Propose and implement strategies to optimize the customer conversion funnel and user journey.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure a unified and effective product development approach.
• Manage end-to-end product development requirements and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Proficiency in API design, architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience with UML and BPMN.
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC models.
• Experience designing complex, scalable, high-load, and high-availability services.
• English: B1 level or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Timezone: Must be able to work within GMT-2 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience working with Kafka.
