What you will do

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead automation initiatives.
• Design API architecture, scalable data models, and business processes for high-load environments.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and performance reports.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure minimal disruption to card authorization processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (Kafka) and REST/gRPC models.
• Proven experience designing complex, high-load, and highly available services.
• English: B1 or higher for communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be within time zones GMT-2 to GMT+5.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go services and gRPC integrations.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Previous experience designing CRM solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
