What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain fabric management software, including topology management and routing protocols.
• Develop fast fabric tools, diagnostic utilities, and operational tooling for deployment and management.
• Build reliable and scalable distributed systems for large-scale fabric deployments.
• Profile and optimize software for latency, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and platform teams to integrate management with switch platforms.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and emerging tooling to accelerate development velocity.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with Linux systems programming.
• Experience with network protocol implementation or distributed systems.
• Must be residing within the United States.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes development experience (CNI, device plugins, operators).
• Proficiency in Go/Golang.
• Knowledge of InfiniBand, Omni-Path, or high-speed interconnect protocols.
• Experience with network simulation or modeling.
• Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
