What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of networking product programs, meeting delivery milestones and technical goals.
• Collaborate with program managers and engineering leads to define plans, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate program reviews with stakeholders including engineering, product management, and executives.
• Promote best practices for product lifecycle, agile execution, and release planning; mentor cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management, with 3+ years on complex system-level products (processors, servers, networking) including ASICs, platforms, firmware, software
• Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related; Master’s preferred
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional engineering projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, hardware/software integration, product development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile (Jira, Confluence), PMBOK, Microsoft Office; PMP/Scrum certifications a plus
