What you will do

• Coordinate and manage air, sea, and road freight shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth transit.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Ensure strict compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and specialized logistics systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
