What you will do

• Develop EC&I Construction Work Packs ensuring they meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Include all necessary drawings, specifications, procedures, ITPs, and RAMs in work packs
• Manage subcontracts to stay within budget and programme, escalating issues early
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan EC&I installation and commissioning
• Coordinate subcontractor resources and chair weekly meetings to drive construction progress
• Identify risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure quality handover documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in E,C&I engineering, with 2+ years in hazardous industry (petrochemical, oil & gas, nuclear)
• MSc/Degree/HND in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• CEng or IEng preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for large project teams
• Suitable IT skills including MS Office
• Self-motivated to meet client deadlines
