Location: Global team with co-headquarters in San Francisco and Amsterdam; full benefits may differ per location.

What you will do
- Own outcomes for a portfolio of customers, focusing on adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Use product data, health signals, and lifecycle insights to identify risks/opportunities and prioritize engagements.
- Engage customers at key journey moments like onboarding, adoption, and renewals to drive business outcomes.
- Execute and iterate on scalable programs, playbooks, and targeted engagements like workshops.
- Advise on best practices to embed into workflows and improve collaboration.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Education teams, sharing insights and escalating issues.
- Maintain account data in Gainsight and contribute portfolio insights to team improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS, fintech, technology, or consulting.
- Demonstrated AI fluency to leverage AI and automation for customer engagement.
- Consultative mindset to guide customers, challenge assumptions, and align to business outcomes.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and partnering with engineering/product/design leaders.
- Strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making, and self-starter ownership.
- Clear communication to engage across industries, roles, and maturity levels.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, Slack, Gong, Gemini, Claude, or other AI tools.
- Fluency in Spanish, Dutch, or French.
