What you will do

• Manage day-to-day community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms, escalating issues and sharing insights.
• Support performance tracking with weekly/monthly reports, key metrics monitoring, tagging accuracy, and trend/anomaly identification.
• Monitor social and cultural trends to spot opportunities and contribute to team inspiration resources.
• Assist with content publishing by scheduling approved posts in Sprout Social, ensuring accuracy in captions, visuals, links, and tags.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting brand social media accounts
• Comfort working in Sprout Social or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Clear written communication and good judgment on tone/escalation
• Ability to work independently while aligned with brand guidelines
• Interest in social trends, performance data, and content-business connections
