What you will do

• Manage uniformed security supervision, training, and performance across UK properties.
• Develop and oversee security systems including CCTV, access control, and infrastructure planning.
• Direct budgeting, financial reporting, and multi-year security plans aligned with enterprise risk strategy.
• Liaise with law enforcement, counter-terrorism units, and vendors for intelligence and emergency coordination.
• Lead resort-wide emergency planning, crisis exercises, and integration with operations teams.
• Oversee investigations, loss prevention, and compliance with UK legislation including Martyn’s Law and SIA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred; extensive senior-level experience in law enforcement, security, or intelligence in large venues.
• Must possess or attain UK/international security accreditation, clean UK driving license, and clear enhanced DBS.
• Must satisfy UK Home Office requirements to work in the UK.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; deep UK security knowledge and threat awareness.
• High computer literacy for analyzing security data; availability for 24/7 emergency response.
• SIA licensing and executive security certifications preferred.
