What you will do

• Lead end-to-end photography and videography on-set and in the field.
• Capture fast-paced sports and premium lifestyle content with professional teams.
• Produce long-form and short-form interviews with industry leaders and scientists.
• Collaborate with the CEO to create compelling founder-led brand storytelling.
• Manage the full organic post-production pipeline for social media assets.
• Oversee social media management, including copy drafting and content scheduling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in content production.
• Must be based in Southern California to conduct local shoots.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Possession of a high-level camera package (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema).
• Valid passport for domestic and international travel.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium, aspirational lifestyle content.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Experience engaging with community and other brands on social media.
