What you will do

• Produce and edit platform-native video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Develop integrated social campaigns with a strong emphasis on video and brand alignment.
• Monitor industry trends and translate insights into scalable creative concepts and repeatable formats.
• Analyze social and video performance metrics to optimize creative, messaging, and distribution.
• Craft platform-specific social copy and manage publishing, scheduling, and reporting via Sprout Social.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in social media, digital content, or video production, ideally in B2B.
• Proficiency in video production and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Experience with Sprout Social or enterprise social media management platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent writing skills for concise and engaging social copy.
• Must be based in Orlando, FL for this in-office position.
