What you will do

• Create and maintain written content for help center articles, internal knowledge resources, and training materials.
• Develop short-form videos, tutorials, and simple multimedia assets to drive product adoption.
• Design basic visual assets, graphics, and presentation materials to support enablement initiatives.
• Translate complex product workflows and common support queries into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Review and optimize existing content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and usability.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, or knowledge management in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Must be based in the US (Austin, TX preferred or remote).
• Strong writing and editing portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, and audience focus.
• Experience with short-form video editing and basic graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Seismic, Skilljar, Google Vids, or Adobe Premiere.
