Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, and Ruby.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL, and production system optimization.
• Experience with DevOps, Linux, AWS, and networking.
• Fluent, professional English communication skills.
