Salary: $160,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Develop new features across the full stack, including data design, backend APIs, and React UI.
• Build and scale mission-critical communication systems for email, texting, and phone calls.
• Integrate with external providers while ensuring high reliability and observability.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes to enable rapid development and iteration.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues across all layers of the stack to maintain a resilient system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer within a SaaS company.
• Proficiency in languages such as Kotlin, Java, C#, or Ruby.
• Strong generalist mindset with the ability to work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US health insurance benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, PostgreSQL, and AWS (RDS, SQS, Lambda, EC2).
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Sass/CSS.
